Deeply Mum
Hello everyone, I’m Alex.
I’m a doula, baby massage teacher, aquanatal teacher and maternal personal trainer.
I love my job but I’ve also always loved to write!
When I was younger I wrote about everything: thoughts, little stories, poems, diary pages, songs…
Writing has accompanied me for years and has always been by my side; the pen was a companion in difficult times and a friend in good ones.
During the first lockdown I was pregnant and stuck at home like everyone else, so I decided to use my pen again, but this time I would love to share what I wrote with you all.
Enjoy the reading!

You are going to be a big sister
It's Nicole's birthday and we thought we'd tell her she'll be a big sister today! The choice of the day might seem risky because she could take it badly, but today she is 6 years old and has been asking for a little sister for at least 3 years! Today there will be a...
First appointment
Twenty days have passed since that positive test, what happened in this time? Once the emotional confusion of discovery is put aside, you start thinking about practical things: what should I do now? We communicated my pregnancy to the hospital of reference and they...
